Puff Studios – Pregnancy Exercise and Birth Preparation Programme




This class is suitable for pregnant ladies who want to exercise safely during their pregnancy and feel comfortable and enjoy moving.

Because this is a fitness based class, and not yoga or pilates you can expect to get your heart rate up, enjoy some resistance training while keeping your core connected and enjoy some beautiful muscle release work as well.

Sometimes your tummy muscles can separate during pregnancy. We show you some exercises you can do that not only feel great but can prevent the abdominal gap (diastasis) from becoming wider.

Programme Location: Seatoun, Wellington
