This programme is 60 mins long. Mums must be 6 weeks postnatal to attend but there is no upper age limit. If you have ever had a baby and need to restore your core you are welcome to attend this class. We have a nanny in this programme. These programmes are run once a week. The exercises are progressive. This means that each week we you will become, fitter, stronger and more flexible. By week 8 of the programme you will be looking and feeling great.
