If you’ve just had a baby and are wanting to return to exercise, sports, the gym or one of our PUFF Fitness postnatal classes, this new screening session is for you. Our one hour screen involves:

Your personal assessment
  • Full health and fitness assessment related to your most recent birth.
  • Posture and breathing assessment
  • Check your core connections
  • Tummy check for diastasis
  • Assessment of your moving patterns and tight areas in your body.
  • Checking your caesarean scar if necessary.
Advice especially for you
  • Nutrition for postnatal fat loss and healing
  • Starter exercises for your tummy and pelvic floor
  • Tips to increase your energy levels and aid hormonal balance.
Where to next?
  • You may need a referral to an appropriate allied health professional.
  • You may be best to have some personal training with me
  • You may be suitable for our 8 week postnatal programme.
  • I will advise your on the best plan of action.

Important: This is your time to take time for you. It is best if we can schedule this in when there is someone to mind your baby for an hour.
